Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were really good and clean, with spacious and comfortable accommodations. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Although the dining was lovely, I wish there were more options. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The location was superb, near the Jewish Quarter and just a short walk to the Old Town and Wawel Castle. However, the noise from outside was quite disruptive. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, especially Lena at reception. The dining options were fresh and varied, but not outstanding. Overall, a place with its ups and downs.
I couldn't be happier with my choice of this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and modern, offering the perfect mix of old-world charm and modern amenities. The service was exceptional and the staff, particularly Thomaz, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the historical Jewish sites and with easy access to the Old Town. While the dining options were good, the breakfast choices were a bit limited. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely renovated in a tasteful style, but the noise from the nearby restaurants on Ul Szeroka was a downside, especially after not receiving a satisfactory explanation from the reception. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Kazimierz, offering a rich historical background. The dining options were good, featuring a variety of hot and cold foods. While the noise at night was a setback, the overall experience was enjoyable due to the great service and convenient location.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were so soft with fresh linen and towels every day, beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the tea and coffee facilities, along with free bottles of water daily, were a nice touch. The lovely, good-sized bathroom had an excellent shower and high-quality towels, bathrobes, and slippers. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond. However, the room's view was a bit dark and dismal, which was the only downside.
